R. Marty Smith

Mr. Smith commenced his commercial real estate career in 1988 with Coldwell Banker Commercial. Upon receiving his B.S. degree in Real Estate/Finance, Mr. Smith focused on industrial property sales and leasing, completing over 5,000,000 square feet in property transactions including over 1,000 acres of industrial land development for speculative and build-to-suit clients representing in excess of $350,000,000 in sales and leasing. Mr. Smith joined Bob Erdtsieck in 1998 to form an investment company which has evolved into SCI. With a primary focus on industrial and office investment and development, Mr. Smith brings over 15 years of experience in land development and industrial / office development to SCI. Well versed in marketing, design, financial analysis and project underwriting, Mr. Smith focuses his efforts on site design, project proforma and financial relationships for both debt and equity sources.
