Coldwell Banker Commercial Sells Building in the Valley Business Center

VISTA, Calif. – The 23,641 square foot building at 1398 Poinsettia Avenue, in Valley View Business Center in Vista, has sold for $2,700,000.

The Buyer was Southern California Investors (SCI), a privately held real estate investment and development company, with R. Marty Smith as president, 27708 Jefferson Avenue, Suite 204, Temecula 92590.

The Seller of the property was 1398 Poinsettia Partners DBA: Assorted Paper and Packaging, which had occupied the building since it was built in 1990. Adam Molnar from Coldwell Banker Commercial – North County Properties represented the Buyer and Seller.

SCI plans to capitalize on the flexibility of the building by creating several divisibility options and processing a condo map for the potential sale/lease of smaller units. A complete renovation of the existing building improvements is expected to be complete by mid April 2006. Coldwell Banker Commercial –Adam Molnar and Mike Scott will be marketing the building for SCI.
