Gateway Center nears completion

Work progress at the Gateway Center business park located in Murrieta at Jefferson Avenue and Elm Street. The 122,935-square-foot, mixed-use development is expected to be finished in August. The project is being developed by Southern California Investors of Temecula, with leasing handled by Coldwell Banker Commercial ALMAR Group of Temecula, Space remains available, representatives said.
