Construction on office park almost complete

Construction is nearly complete on the building in the foreground, one of nine in an office park going in along Jefferson Avenue just south of Elm Street in Murrieta.  The 27,000 square-foot building will house a sales showroom for M&J Flooring, according to the buildings’ listing agent, Keren Calder of the Almar Group.  The nine buildings, ranging in size from 7,400 square feet to 28,000 square feet, are designed for showrooms, office and warehouses, Calder said.  Builders said the plan to finish most of the buildings by Sept. 1.
